God Has Your Back -Worship Wednesday

God, can You hear me?

This is too much for me to bear!

I don't know what to do, Lord...

We've all been there, probably more times than we would like to admit. Jesus told us that in this life we will have many troubles but take heart because He has overcome the world.

Humanly speaking we may not have the answers, but we can be certain that God has our backs and that is all the reassurance we need to know that we will be better than okay in the end.

This worship Wednesday has been set aside to meditate on God's word through music. As you listen to the song, note how God speaks to you. Letting His truth permeate every fiber of your being.

Let's Praise & Worship Our Father

God's Beautiful Truth

  • “Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved” (Psalm 55:22). God is glad to carry your burdens and give you the daily strength you need.

  • “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light” (Matthew 11:28–30). Jesus will remove your heavy burden of guilt and hopelessness and give you true rest in Him.

  • “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17). If you belong to Him, God will always listen when you call to Him for help.

  • Psalm 31:24 Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.

  • Psalm 18:6 But in my distress, I cried out to the LORD; yes, I prayed to my God for help. He heard me from his sanctuary; my cry to him reached his ears.

  • Psalm 50:15 Pray to me when you are in trouble! I will deliver you, and you will honor me!

  • John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

  • Psalm 32:7 You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah
